Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 12, 2026
These Terms govern the use of the tyquora.com platform operated by Tyquora Inversiones Colaborativas S.A.S. By using the site or creating an account, you expressly accept what is described here.
1. Purpose
Tyquora offers a digital environment to explore, evaluate and take part in real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina. Tyquora does not guarantee future returns and does not act as a personalised investment adviser.
2. Registration and verification
To operate you must be 18 or older, reside in Argentina or meet the applicable verification requirements, and pass KYC and anti-money-laundering checks required by regulation.
3. Participation in projects
Every project published includes a fact sheet, timeline, economic conditions, risks and guarantees. The decision to participate is entirely yours, informed and free. Contributions are made in Argentine pesos.
4. Risks
Investing in real estate projects involves risks, including build delays, cost deviations, regulatory changes, macroeconomic conditions and partial or total loss of your contribution. Read every fact sheet before investing.
5. Fees
Tyquora charges fees explicitly disclosed for each project: an initial structuring fee, a success fee on returns and a monthly operating fee, as applicable.
6. Intellectual property
The Tyquora name, isotype, interface and published content are protected under Argentine Law 11,723 on Intellectual Property. Their commercial reproduction requires prior written authorisation.
7. Permitted use
It is forbidden to use the platform for unlawful activities, unauthorised automated crawling, reverse engineering or any action that degrades the service for other users.
8. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate an account if we detect breaches of these Terms, suspicious activity or formal requests from a competent authority.
9. Limitation of liability
Tyquora will not be responsible for the investment decisions made by users, force majeure events or the natural evolution of the real estate market. We act with due technical and compliance diligence.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the administrative consumer protection channels foreseen in Law 24,240.
