At Tyquora Inversiones Colaborativas S.A.S. we process your personal data under Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, AAIP Resolutions 2/2023 and 4/2025, and the complementary standards of the 2025 Iberoamerican Framework.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Identification data (name, national ID, tax ID), contact data (email, phone), economic data (investor profile, payment methods), technical data (IP, device, browser version) and usage data (pages visited, anonymised events). We do not collect sensitive data.
3. Purposes
We use your data to operate the platform, verify your identity, meet regulatory obligations (KYC, AML/CFT), manage your investments, provide support, evaluate improvements and —with your consent— send you commercial communications from Tyquora.
4. Legal basis
Contract performance, regulatory compliance (CNV, UIF, AFIP), legitimate interest assessed on a case-by-case basis and, where applicable, your free and informed consent.
5. Retention
We retain your data for the term of the contractual relationship and for up to 10 additional years, in line with regulatory obligations applicable to collective financing service providers in Argentina.
6. Sharing with third parties
We only share data with payment processors licensed in the country, identity verification providers, entities registered before the CNV and competent authorities upon formal request. All providers operate under data processing agreements.
7. International transfers
Some technology providers may host information outside Argentina. In those cases we require standard contractual clauses and confirm that the destination country offers an adequate level of protection as recognised by the AAIP.
8. Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, update, deletion and objection rights by writing to privacidad@tyquora.com. You can also file a claim before the Argentine Agency of Access to Public Information (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
9. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls and periodic audits aligned with ISO 27001:2022.
10. Changes
Any changes will be published here. If a change is material, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance by email or inside the platform.
